Support the President's Top Hawks

The University of Louisiana Monroe is committed to providing a world-class education for all our students. But for some, the road to graduation and beyond is challenged by personal and financial hardship. ULM is committed to attracting, retaining, and supporting the brightest, most talented students, no matter their circumstances.

Every year, high-performing incoming freshmen who qualify for the President’s Top Hawks program are awarded a laptop and after 90 hours, an opportunity to study abroad. Students with an ACT score of 30 or higher receive a laptop from the Foundation and those that score 33 or higher receive a $4,500 study abroad stipend. Since 2015 with the program’s inception, 326 Top Hawk students have benefited. This year, ULM added our largest incoming cohort ever - 66 freshmen!

Your investment in the President’s Top Hawks tells students that they are receiving support from someone who was once just like them – someone with the same hopes, dreams and challenges.  In addition, your gift creates a culture of giving that will inspire them to give back.  This way, your donation keeps on giving long into the future.
