Due to utilization of objective criteria in processing applications, attainment of the minimum requirements does not guarantee admission into the program. Students in the program must complete specific courses in General Education and Radiologic Technology according to a planned and structured program of study. This structured sequence is intended to facilitate success in the overall degree requirements.
The University of Louisiana at Monroe grants credit for certification by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists towards the BS degree in Radiologic Technology. Students must take at least 30 hours through ULM to receive the baccalaureate degree. Any course taken at ULM counts towards the 30 hour minimum, and additional General Education and Radiologic Technology courses are available to enable students to meet this requirement.
