AVIATION SCHOLARSHIP AWARDED TO ULM SENIOR

The University of Louisiana at Monroe Aviation senior, Megan McLellan of Leesville, has been awarded the $1000 scholarship by the Louisiana Airport Managers and Associates (LAMA) organization. The scholarship will be presented at the LAMA conference banquet May 7, in Natchitoches, LA.

The scholarship is awarded on the basis of academic standing, financial need, and extracurricular activities. LAMA offers its experience and service to the academic community. They have several airport managers and airport operations supervisors who visit the University to talk to aviation groups and classes.
