Record Attendance Expected at Fall '03 Browse on
the Bayou
The Office of Recruitment and Admissions at the University
of Louisiana at Monroe is expecting a record number of attendees
at this Fall's "Browse on the Bayou". The event, "Get
a Taste of College", asks for interested prospective students
and their families to pre-register. ULM is prepared to accommodate
700-800 guest for this event. Those registered are from Ark.,
Del., and Ill., Miss., Tex., Va., and La.
The event is scheduled for this Saturday, November
15th at 11 a.m. Check-In will begin then in the ULM Activity
Center with a welcome message scheduled for 12 noon.
Registration includes: a T-shirt, food, entrance to a tailgate
party, football game ticket, canoe ride, campus tours, financial
aid help, residence hall tour, CD giveaways and other prizes.
This is a chance to meet ULM students, administration, faculty
and staff.
