Oct. 8, 2001 Media Advisory To: News Directors and News Editors From: Veronika Brown, MCoordinator of Media Relations, 342-5444 STUDENT ART EXHIBIT The Wesley Art Gallery in the Northeast Campus Ministry facility is showing a One-person Award Exhibition in Photography by Shanette Washinginton of Vidalia, a senior graphic design major in the University of Louisiana at Monroe Department of Art. Washington is the second studnet-artist to mount an award exhibition during the current academic year. Such exhibitions are prizes awared at the Annual Arts Quest, a juried competeition for ULM studnets and alumni. Her exhibition will be on view through October 19.
