ULM PROFESSOR TO TALK ABOUT THE DRUG BUSINESS OVER A CENTURY

Susan Sirmans, a pharmaceutical professor at ULM, is giving a presentation called "The Drug Business ­ Pharmacy in Ouachita Parish 1850-1950." The presentation will be at Ouachita Parish Library on September 22 at 6 p.m. It will be a historical overview of the practice of pharmacy in Trenton, West Monroe and Monroe and the lives it touched. Everyone is invited to attend.
