"RECRUITMENT SUCCESS 2003" TO BE HELD AT ULM

The University of Louisiana at Monroe will celebrate this year's "Recruitment Success 2003" on Monday. President James Cofer will speak at 4:30 p.m. in the plaza in front of the ULM Library, or on the seventh floor in case of rain. Refreshments will be served beginning at 4 p.m., and everyone is invited.
