University of Louisiana at Monroe students Celia Crawford and Casey Keene received two of 40 nationwide-issued paid internships to work on the gubernatorial campaign of William Graham, R-N.C. They were the only Louisiana students awarded this internship.

Crawford, president of the ULM College Republicans, a senior from Kentwood, is majoring in Spanish. She plans to attend law school in fall 2009.

Keene, recruitment director for the ULM College Republicans, is a junior marketing major from Shreveport. He also plans to attend law school after graduating.
