ULM students voted to approve a student referendum that will offset the operation costs of ULM's Water Ski Team, which just earned a 20th National Championship title. The self-assessed student activity fee will increase this summer.

Water Ski Team Coach Treina Landrum said, "The members of the ULM Water Ski Team are very pleased about the passing of the student referendum and greatly appreciate the continued support of the ULM student body. We look forward to the ski show tomorrow at 5 p.m., when we'll perform for ULM."
