We can confirm that Adam Gatlin will not be academically eligible to compete on the University of Louisiana at Monroe football team during he 2001 season. This is in accordance with NCAA rules and academic standards in place at the University.

The University is precluded from commenting on grade-related issues by the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act.
