ULM Schedules Week of Welcome

The University of Louisiana at Monroe is hosting its Week of Welcome, WOW, beginning on Thursday, August 18 through Friday, August 26. The week kicks of with Move-in Mania on Thursday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. There will be a lunch social from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. and a late PREP session from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. On Saturday, August 20 there will be a President's Reception at 5 p.m. to 7 p.m.

August 18
Residence Halls
9 a.m. - 5 p.m.
Check in at Activity Center
Campus volunteers will welcome you to your home away from home and help you move those heavy boxes into your residence hall.

Move-In Mania
11 a.m. - 1 p.m.
The Quad
Take a break from moving and enjoy lunch, in the Quad, provided by JPI and Campus Activities Board (CAB). Students and families are welcome. (Please present your student ID)

Late PREP
1 - 5 p.m.
Check in at Airway Science Building
This orientation session will be packed with information, activities and resources that will give students knowledge and confidence that are critical for registration. For more information about Late PREP, contact Recruitment and Admissions at 318-342-5430.
