The community is invited to attend a retirement ceremony of ULM's Indian mascot prior to ULM's football game versus Alcorn State on Thursday, Aug. 31.

The ceremony, scheduled to begin at 6:45 p.m. in Malone Stadium, will honor ULM's history, said Keith Brown, executive director of alumni and community relations at ULM.

"We encourage all alumni and friends of the University to be in attendance as we pay recognition to our Indian mascot and its proud and rich history with this special ceremony."
