The Louisiana Small Business Development Center at ULM’s Small Business Outreach Program will conduct counseling for entrepreneurs in Richland Parish Wednesday, Aug. 13, from 10 a.m. – noon in the Delhi City Hall Council Meeting Room, located at 209 Broadway St.

The Small Business Outreach Program has a regular monthly schedule for counseling and consulting with entrepreneurs who want to start businesses and for small business owners who want to expand, develop, or improve their firm’s performance in Richland Parish.

The ULM LSBDC staff will provide free one-on-one counseling/consulting for these entrepreneurs. Small business consultants will be available by appointment to discuss starting a business, expanding a business, and any other issue clients want to talk about.
