Upward Bound recognizes potential college students

Upward Bound celebrated their First Annual Summer Banquet at ULM’s Student Union Building Ballroom July 25. Dr. Pamela Saulsberry, sociology department chair, spoke at the event.

Upward Bound empowers potential first-generational college students by providing them with the necessary tools to become successful university graduates. Upward Bound is a year-round program that includes a six-week component at ULM.
