Joel Willer, Assistant Professor of Mass Communications at the University of Louisiana at Monroe, has been presented a presidential citation by College Media Advisers for "outstanding service to CMA and to student media across the nation."
The award recognizes Willer's work in founding a new national organization of university broadcast stations, Collegiate Broadcasters, Inc., which will operate in conjunction with CMA. Willer serves as the general manager of radio station KNLU.
