ULM SBDC to hold workshop Feb. 15
The University of Louisiana at Monroe Small Business Development Center will conduct a workshop geared toward business owners interested in learning how to take advantage of the state's financial incentives provided through LED on Wednesday, Feb. 15.
The workshop, which is free and open to the public, will take place from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. at CenturyLink Corporate headquarters, located at 100 CenturyLink Drive in Monroe.
This workshop is opened to business owners, CPAs, bankers, and potential business owners.
Topics of discussion will include program rules and application processes for enterprise zone, industrial tax exemption, research and development, restoration tax abatement, small business loans, guaranty, technology commercialization, and quality jobs.
CPAs can also earn continuing professional education credits by attending this workshop.
