The University of Louisiana at Monroe's Small Business Development Center will offer a free class in "Legal Forms of Organization," on Tuesday, Feb. 1 from 6 to 8 p.m. in the ULM Administration Building, room 2-105.

This workshop will provide a basic understanding of the legal forms of organization (proprietorship, partnership, corporation, s corporation and limited liability company) related to their specific situation.

Elizabeth Guerriero, a practicing attorney with extensive experience in this area, will be the guest speaker.
