University of Louisiana at Monroe Provost Stephen Richters recently announced that Lisa Miller, formerly the director of Recruitment and Admissions, will serve as the associate provost for Enrollment Management, effective immediately.

Miller, who has worked at ULM for over 4 years, will excel at the recently-created position, Richters said.

"Lisa has continuously demonstrated her exceptional abilities in improving our recruiting and admissions efforts and has really developed a comprehensive enrollment management philosophy,” Richters said. “This new position will help make our enrollment management efforts more efficient and effective."

Miller will coordinate all university activities relevant to the recruitment, admission, and retention of ULM students. She will oversee the Office of Admissions and Recruitment, the Scholarship Office, the Office of Financial Aid, the Clarke M. Williams Student Success Center, and the Office of the Registrar.

The new associate provost for Enrollment Management position is pending approval by the UL System Board of Supervisors.

Susan Duggins, formerly the associate director of Recruitment and Admissions, is the new director of Recruitment and Admissions.
