ULM’s School of Visual and Performing Arts will host area junior high school band members in an event Jan. 18 – 19 and senior high school band members in a similar event Jan. 25 – 26.

This experience is co-sponsored by the District 1 Band Directors of the Louisiana Music Educators Association. The bands are comprised of junior high and senior high band members that have auditioned and won positions in the ensembles. The students will be at ULM for two rehearsal days, after which they will perform in a free concert on each respective Saturday afternoon; times to be announced.
