CNT to host events for non-traditional students, beginning Jan. 15

Commuter and Non-traditional Student Affairs at the University of Louisiana at Monroe will begin the 2009 school year with a CNT Breakfast for all commuter and non-traditional students Thursday, Jan. 15, from 8-10 a.m. in the Student Union Building Commuter Lounge.

Students interested in the breakfast must RSVP to Laura Knotts at 318-342-5232 or at knotts@ulm.edu by Tuesday, Jan. 13, at noon.

This will be followed by a CNT Coffee Break Thursday, Jan. 22, from 8-10 a.m. in the SUB Commuter Lounge. The event will feature free coffee, hot chocolate and breakfast bars for commuters and non-traditional students. No RSVP for this event is required.

January’s events will conclude with a free CNT Lunch Thursday, Jan. 29, from 11 a.m.-1 p.m. in the SUB Commuter Lounge. Interested students must RSVP to Knotts by Tuesday, Jan. 27, at noon.

The gatherings, also sponsored by the Campus Activities Board, are designed to give commuters and non-traditional students a way to connect with campus life, activities, events, and traditions.
