John Pierce, executive vice president and principal at Mobile Enterprises Inc., and his wife, Lynette, who is the majority owner and president, helped lead their company to a Small Business Commerce Association 2010 Best of Business Award in the waterproofing category.

The SBCA identifies companies that have demonstrated what makes small businesses a vital part of the American economy, using consumer feedback and other research to recognize the best of small businesses throughout the country.

Award winners are a valuable asset to their community and exemplify what makes small businesses great, according to the SBCA web site.

"We are very pleased to receive the Best of Business Award for 2010 from the SBCA," Mr. Pierce said. "And we credit the high quality in which our employees perform their work."
