A free workshop on personal selling for small businesses is being offered by the Louisiana Small Business Development Center at the University of Louisiana at Monroe, 6 to 8 p.m., July 29.

The workshop will take place in the ULM Administration Building, room 2-105.

According to the LSBDC, personal selling is an extremely important factor in the success of many small business firms. The workshop, titled “Success Selling Equals Small Business Success,” will provide a working knowledge to the participant of the selling process and how to build a sales presentation.

The key objective is the help small business people add value to their products and their business.
