As another example of University of Louisiana at Monroe faculty members going above and beyond in their fields, Jeffrey Rush, assistant professor of criminal justice, recently contributed to two professional offerings.

Rush co-authored a chapter entitled "Internet Stings: the Dateline Effect" with Lorie Rubenser and Greg Orvis for a Frank Schmalleger/Michael Pittaro book called "Internet Crimes."

He is also a special guest editor for Criminal Justice Studies, a quarterly criminal justice journal that has previously published him. Rush will serve as a reviewing editor in a special edition tentatively entitled, "Women and Terrorism." It explores the title subject, specifically focusing on women as terrorists, female terrorist rhetoric, and related topics. Among the variety of authors included are two from ULM, Robert Hanser, assistant professor of criminal justice, and Lesli Pace, assistant professor of communications.
