Eleven University of Louisiana at Monroe students will vie for the title of Miss ULM this Thursday at 7 p.m. at the Monroe Civic Center.

Sponsored by the ULM Union Board, the pageant is an official preliminary of the Miss Louisiana Pageant.

Competitors include: Shayla Brently, a Radio-TV-Film major from West Monroe; Shelley Cole, Pharmacy, Winnfield; Jennifer Henry, Pharmacy, Lafayette; Angela Hillman, Radio-TV-Film, Monroe; Casey Hudson, Marketing, Monroe; Rachel Lowe, Speech Communication, Shreveport; Ashley May, Psychology, Shreveport; Tonya Murphy, Speech Communications/Psychology, Monroe; Jessica Sanders, Speech Communication, Monroe; Betina Stewart, Speech Communication, New Orleans; and Amy Wiggins, Elementary Education, West Monroe
