School of Visual and Performing Arts Offers More Cultural Delights

The University of Louisiana at Monroe’s School of Visual and Performing Arts (VAPA) continues to offer the cultural enthusiast opportunities for artistic satisfaction this semester.

Susan Olson, mezzo-soprano, will present a recital as part of the Faculty Artist Concert Series on Tuesday, March 28 at 7:30 p.m. in the Biedenharn Recital Hall.

Tickets are $7 for the general public and are free for ULM students, faculty and staff with I.D.

The farce "Scapino" by Frank Dunlop and Jim Dale comes to ULM campus March 30-April 1 and April 6-8. The performance is described as "a long way off from Moliere." This production is directed by John Kelly and will begin at 7:30 p.m. at Spyker Theatre.

Tickets are $10 general admission, $8 for seniors/children, and are free for ULM faculty, staff and students. Call 318-342-1414 for ticket reservations beginning Monday, March 27.
