Former Miss ULM Katherine Putnam (2007) won another pageant victory Saturday, March 1, becoming Miss Bossier City and earning a spot in the Miss Louisiana pageant June 19 – 21 in Monroe.

Putnam, a 21-year-old ULM junior piano performance major from Oak Grove, shared the spotlight at the dual title pageant Saturday—Kristen Hilliard earned the Miss Jazzland title.

In addition to winning the overall Miss Bossier City pageant, Putnam also scored top victory in the swimsuit and evening gown competitions. She tied for first place in the interview category with Whitney Dawn Breaux.
