ULM will host small business workshop May 25

The Louisiana Small Business Development Center at the University of Louisiana at Monroe will host a workshop titled “Where’s the Money – Funds for Small Business” from 6-8 p.m. on May 25 in room 2-105 of the Administration Building. The event is free and open to the public.

The workshop is designed to inform small business owners or individuals looking to start a small business about different funds available to them. Representatives from several agencies will be on hand to discuss their funding programs.

Agencies include the United States Department of Agriculture’s Rural Business Cooperative Services, the Small Business Administration, the Louisiana Economic Development Corporation, the North Louisiana Business Industrial Development Corporation and Louisiana Business Loans.
