Dignitaries unveil AT&T Real Yellow Pages featuring ULM’s bronze Warhawk

University of Louisiana at Monroe President James E. Cofer and State Senator Robert “Bob” Kostelka, (R-Monroe) joined AT&T representatives in unveiling the cover of the new AT&T Real Yellow Pages directory on Friday, May 7, featuring ULM’s signature bronze Warhawk sculpture.

Yellow Book Cover“We are delighted to be here,” said Wynn Lawrence, regional director of AT&T External Affairs, just before the new cover was unveiled.

“This new AT&T Real Yellow Pages directory will reach more than 132,000 households in the Monroe, West Monroe and surrounding areas,” he said. “So ULM is going to be front and center.”

Distribution of the new directory begins May 12 and continues through June 8.

“Since the Warhawk statue embodies the tenacity and excellence of our university and our students, we are extremely pleased that AT&T chose to share this important symbol with our community," said Cofer.

Kostelka, noting that both his wife and son are graduates of the university, said he is grateful to the company for highlighting the relationship it has enjoyed with the university through the years.
