Chautauqua Nexus Series Continues

Shirley Owens will discuss Mothers of the Disappeared on Friday, Nov. 11 at 4:30 p.m. on the 6th floor of the ULM Library.

The discussion topic will be regarding the 1970's and 1980's when many Latin American countries under military dictatorship experienced human rights abuses. Under these regimes citizens were arrested, tortured, executed or "disappeared" without a trace.
