The University of Louisiana at Monroe Department of Biology has scheduled several educational seminars during the fall 2008 semester, with the next one occurring Friday, Nov. 14, at 1 p.m. in the ULM Museum of Natural History, located in Sandel Hall on the third floor. On Nov. 14, Dr. Chris Taylor of Texas Tech University gives a speech centered on “Fishes and flows: Long-term impacts of altered flow regimes.” Shannon Martin, a Ph.D. candidate at the University of Louisiana at Lafayette, will conduct the final fall 2008 biology seminar Friday, Nov. 21, at 1 p.m. in the Chemistry and Natural Science Building, room 101.
