ULM's Anderson presents on Southern supernatural topics at LA State Cotton Museum
Anderson
There's much to know about ghosts, witches and loup garou in the South.
University of Louisiana at Monroe Assistant Professor of History Jeffrey Anderson recently spoke about the South's supernatural inhabitants at the Louisiana State Cotton Museum in Lake Providence on Oct. 29.
Anderson's talk was scheduled to add to Halloween but was also part of a program sponsored by the museum in connection with Journey Stories, a traveling exhibit on loan from the Smithsonian Institution.
Journey Stories will be at the museum until Dec. 3 and is accompanied by a host of local exhibits assembled to go along with the traveling materials.
