The University of Louisiana at Monroe Band Department will present Band Day 2007 Sat., Oct. 6 on campus.

Invited high school band members, color guard, dance lines, drill teams, twirlers, and drum majors from throughout the region will be guests for the day.

They will rehearse with ULM’s Sound of Today band and join in a halftime performance that evening under the lights in Malone Stadium for the ULM versus Arkansas State football game at 6 p.m.

The students will also take part in a tailgate party in the Grove before the game and receive a commemorative t-shirt to take home with them. There is a $10 activity fee.
