ULM and Delta sign 2+2 articulation agreement

ULM President James Cofer and Delta Community College Chancellor Luke Robins signed an Articulation (2+2) Agreement Thursday, Oct. 16 in the ULM Library.

The institutions implemented a dual admissions program; a 2-year associates degree earned at Delta and 2 years of study earned at ULM result in a baccalaureate degree.

The agreement states that students participating in the program will sign a letter of intent to transfer to ULM upon completion of the associates degree at LDCC. The agreement also clearly identifies the expected coursework for the student, taking into consideration requirements from both institutions.

The following 11 degree programs are included in the agreement:

  • Biology
  • Construction
  • Communication Studies
  • Criminal Justice
  • English
  • History
  • Psychology
  • Sociology
  • Toxicology
  • Pre-Professional Health Studies
  • Healthcare Management Marketing
