SGA to sponsor annual Christmas Card tradition; deadline Nov. 7
The University of Louisiana Monroe Student Government Association is again sponsoring and providing boards for the eye-catching Christmas Cards Competition, a lead-in to Christmas at ULM, scheduled for Tuesday, Nov. 18, at 3 p.m. in Scott Plaza.
The SGA will provide a new board to organizations participating for the first time. Departments and registered student organizations with existing boards should apply fresh paint to/refresh their creations this year.
Pick-up begins today at the Physical Plant. The deadline to return the finished cards to the Physical Plant is Friday, Nov. 7; employees there will place the cards across campus. Bryan Thorn is the contact – he may be reached at (318) 342-5014 or at email@example.com.
Judging will occur Tuesday, Nov. 18, at 3 p.m. The SGA will award a $250 prize for the best Christmas Card. Christmas at ULM festivities will follow.
