Lunte and Seiler to perform in concert at ULM Nov. 3

Sandra Lunte The University of Louisiana Monroe’s Sandra Lunte, professor of music and Hammond Endowed Professor in Liberal Arts, and Richard Seiler, associate professor of music and Keyboard Division head, will present a flute and piano recital Monday, Nov. 3, at 7:30 p.m. in the Emy-Lou Biedenharn Recital Hall.

The duo has been playing together for 11 years, performing at festivals, universities, schools, and conferences, both nationally and internationally.

Lunte and Seiler will perform works by Joseph Schwantner, Jean Rivier, Otar Taktakishvili, and ULM Professor Emeritus Roger Jones. Jones wrote this sonata for Lunte and Seiler in 2004, and they premiered it this summer.
