The Student Government Association at the University of Louisiana at Monroe wants parents to get a taste of college life and have an opportunity to spend time with their student, so it is hosting its first ever Parent’s Day on Nov. 14.

The day will include lunch, a pep rally, and entry to Malone Stadium to see the Warhawks vs. Western Kentucky University football game.

Check-in will be from 10 to 11 a.m. in the Student Union Building. For those who RSVP by Nov. 10, the cost is $15 per person and can be paid with cash, check or money order at the event. Cost will increase to $20 per person for individuals who do not pre-register.
