The community is encouraged to attend the grand opening of Starbucks, located on the first floor of University Commons II, on Sept. 27 at 10 a.m.

Ace the Warhawk and ULM cheerleaders will distribute Starbucks prizes.

The community will also get a chance to sample Starbucks coffee and pastries, and tour the new Starbucks.

Monroe Mayor James E. "Jamie" Mayo will be one of the featured speakers at the ceremony.
