LSBDC at ULM to offer “Financial Management of Your Small Business” workshop Oct. 2
The Louisiana Small Business Development Center at the University of Louisiana at Monroe will conduct a “Financial Management of Your Small Business” workshop Thursday, Oct. 2, from 6 – 8:30 p.m. at the ULM Administration Building, room 2-105. There is a $20 fee associated.
The workshop will provide small business owners and managers with basic information about financial statements, how they are prepared, how to understand them, and how to use them to improve the profits and cash flow of a business.
The two-and-a-half-hour workshop will be a “hands on” experience for participants. Those who want to use their own financial statements should bring them. The center will provide sample statements for those who do not. Attendees should bring a calculator with them to the class. Registration is advised. Call the LSBDC at ULM at: (318) 342-1224.
