Parents Day will be celebrated at the University of Louisiana at Monroe (formerly Northeast Louisiana University) on Saturday, Sept. 25, culminating with the Indians' football game against Northwestern State at 7 p.m. in Malone Stadium.

Activities for Parents Day include registration from 9 to 10:15 a.m., parent classes from 10:30 to 11:30 a.m., a parent meeting from 11:30-12:30 and a shrimp boil from 4-7 p.m.
