Submission
Mail: Place the container with the sample(s) in a suitable mailing envelope along with Chain of Custody form and payment (refer to address at left)
Drop-off: Please call to make an appointment for Drop-offs. Bring the container with the sample(s) along with Chain of Custody form and payment to ULM Chemical and Natural Sciences Building, Room 120.
