Welcome to the University Computing Center Helpdesk

The University Computing Center (UCC) Helpdesk provides the following services:

  • Service and support of all university equipment.
  • Service and support of all UCC approved Operating Systems and UCC provided software
  • Hardware upgrades and warranty repairs to eligible university computers
  • Support employees and students using university systems such as Webmail and Moodle
  • Assist in the planning and implementation of technology projects on campus.
  • Fee based out of warranty repair on computers, printers, and related equipment.
