Here at the helpdesk we try to provide the following services:
- Service and support of all university equipment.
- Service and support of all UCC approved Operating Systems and UCC provided software
- Hardware upgrades and warranty repairs to eligible university computers
- Support employees and students using university systems such as Webmail and Moodle
- Assist in the planning and implementation of technology projects on campus.
- Fee based out of warranty repair on computers, printers, and related equipment.
