Please read the following before submitting any documents to the Office of Financial Aid. Sending documents via mail is still an option. 

If you need to send your documents electronically, you can email them.  We will not be accepting documents via FAX.

Please read the following instructions on sending electronic documents.

1. Email them from your Warhawk email ONLY. 

2. Email them to finaid@ulm.edu ONLY. 

3. Make sure ONLY the last 4 digits of ALL social security numbers are able to be seen before sending. 

**please keep in mind that it can take up to two weeks to process documents. We may be accepting documents for a few weeks before we begin processing them. Please watch your Banner account and Warhawk email for updates.
