January 13 - Classes begin for Spring full term and 1st 8-week session
January 13 - Feb 3 - Late Application Period for May Commencement
January 20 - Martin Luther King Holiday
February 7 - Final date for Removing "I" grades
February 17 - Final date for dropping courses or resigning from the University with a grade of "w" for 1st 8-week session
February 20 - Graduate Council
February 24 - Final date for filing field study, thesis, or dissertation with Graduate Advisory Committee
February 24 - 26 - Mardi Gras Break
March 1 - Priority Deadline for Graduate Assistantships who apply for Fall 2020
March 9 - April 27 - Regular application period for August degree conferral
March 12 - Classes begin for 2nd 8-week session
March 16- Final date for dropping courses or resigning from the University with a grade of "w" for Spring full term
March 19 - Graduate Council
March 20 - Comprehensive Exam results due to Graduate School for thesis students who have applied to graduate Spring 2020
March 23 - Final date for filing field study, thesis, or dissertation with Graduate School

6- Final date for dropping courses or resigning from the University with a grade of "w" for 2nd 8-week session
April 10 - 17 - Spring Break Holiday
April 23 - Graduate Council
April 27 - Final date for making application for August degree conferral
