The Louisiana Pharmacists Association names Dr. Anthony Walker as Louisiana Pharmacist of the Year for 2013.

Louisiana Department of Environmental Quality awards a half million dollar grant to ULM toxicology to monitor water quality data at Bayou Lafourche and Turkey Creek.
