The Marketing program’s mission is to prepare students for successful careers by combining marketing concepts with research and applications to advance their marketing knowledge. We strive to develop our students to think creatively, be problem solvers, be effective communicators, and work well with people.

Where are our faculty's interests?
Each of the Marketing faculty served on an editorial board of an academic journal during the 2008-2009 year. They were ad hoc reviewers for three organizations. The Marketing faculty has produced 95 scholarly publications in the last three years. One of the Marketing professors has written four textbooks and three trade books. The faculty’s research interests include advertising, teaching, small business, personal selling, creativity, and consumer behavior.
