THE 2008-2009 NATIONAL CHAMPION ULM CHEERLEADERS cheer at all football games, home basketball games, and pep rallies.
The cheerleaders also make numerous appearances at campus and community events.
THE ULM HAWK LINE performs precision high kick half time routines with the band during football season.
They also perform jazz, hip hop and pom routines at pep rallies and men’s and women’s home basketball games.
- Must be currently enrolled or accepted at ULM to be eligible to try out
- Must be a full-time student enrolled in 12 credit hours each semester
- Must maintain a cumulative GPA of 2.0 or above
- Must be willing to establish and maintain high academic and social standards
- Must have health insurance

THE ULM SCOUTS act as goodwill ambassadors for ULM athletic events.
They attend various athletic events, help promote school spirit, and assist coaches and players by providing services for each sport.
THE ULM MAROON PLATOON is ULM's largest spirit organization and is open to all students meeting general membership requirements.
ACE is the ULM mascot.
Ace can always be found cheering on the Warhawks! He likes to attend campus and community events to promote ULM's school spirit.
