Otto Passman Collection

Otto E. Passman was a Louisiana State Representative who resided in Monroe, LA. Our Passman Collection consists of office files from the past 30 years, minus sensitive files removed by his staff regarding his political relationship with, Tongsun Park, a protagonist of the 1975 "Koreagate scandal." The boat in the picture was a gift from the Korean government. The boat replica is an actual 16th century Korean warship called a "turtle boat". The picture of the paperweight was part of a larger collection we have on display with other Passman objects.
