2012 Alumni Directory

Grads of the University of Louisiana at Monroe change emails, jobs and locations so often that it is often hard to keep up with them!

The easiest and fastest way to track down an old school friend is through the ULM Alumni Today 2012 directory as it will include up-to-date contact information. The ULM Alumni Association has again contracted with Harris Connect to publish ULM Alumni Today 2012, scheduled for publication in late April 2012.

You will be able to reconnect with classmates and the publication will feature an introduction with full color pictures and a history of ULM. The publication will also include a section for photos and memories from your days at ULM.

Over the next several months, you will receive postcards, emails or phone calls from Harris asking for updated contact information. We would appreciate your cooperation in updating your contact information. All updates are returned to ULM so that our database remains current.

Harris Connect is only collecting information for purposes of the directory. Your information will not be released to any third parties. You decide whether or not your personal information is published in the directory — make your wishes clear to the representative with whom you speak. It is a great way to stay connected to the ULM Family!

Alumni have the OPTION of adding information to two sections of the directory:

1) Through the Years - This section allows alumni to upload a photo to include in the publication.

2) Class Year/Biographical Section - This section allows alumni to upload a "What's Been Happening" personal essay of up to 300 words or 1,600 characters.

 

Here are some important things to remember:

• If you have an e-mail address on file with ULM, you should have received at least one directory update request.
  
  
• Alumni without an e-mail address on file with ULM should have received at least one letter asking you to call Harris Connect at 1-866-230-9488 to update your alumni information.
  
  
• Calls to alumni who have not responded to the e-mail or letter will begin on December 5, 2011.
  
  
• The last day to update your information is January 30, 2012.
  
  
• The directory should be ready for release by late April 2012.
