All ULM faculty members are encouraged to integrate innovative uses of technology into their classes that support the highest quality learning experiences for ULM students.

Faculty who dedicate themselves to the appropriate development of online courses and/or the enhancement of traditional courses via an online supplementation can use such efforts in the promotion and tenure process as outlined in the faculty handbook. Delivery of an online course will be factored into the instructor's teaching load as a regular course.
