Welcome to the ULM Workforce Development Institute! The Workforce Development Institute is the fiscal agent for the Incumbent Worker Training Program (IWTP) and related workforce development projects, providing program management of workforce development grants. It is available to evaluate work force programs, and it provides umbrella of services for collaborating with other public and private training providers. Specific services include individualized consultation for Corporate Training Needs Assessments, Proposal Writing Assistance, and Customized Training. Customized comprehensive training is developed with an employee/employer specific focus. These courses can be taught at ULM or at the work-site by instructors who are subject-matter experts. Courses can be designed to earn certificates, CEU's, or academic credit. This section is divided into four areas and a hyperlink to an external (non-ULM) web site.
